Alfred State Campus ID Card
Your Campus ID Card is your key to life on campus.
It can be used for:
- Meal plans, including Dining Dollars
- Campus Spending Accounts (CSA)
- Residence Hall door access
- Fitness Center access
- Laundry Services
- Vending machines
Keep your Campus ID Card with you at all times and keep it safe as you would any debit/credit card. It is meant to last throughout your college career. If it is lost or damaged, there is a replacement fee.
How to get an ID Card
Incoming freshmen and transfer students should have their Campus Photo ID taken at Orientation. Once the photo is approved, the ID card will be printed and ready for pick up when the student arrives on campus in the fall.
ID card pictures are taken and distributed in the ACES Business Office.
Lost or Damaged Card
If you lose your card, you can temporarily deactivate it through the e-Accounts app or online here. If found, you can reactivate your most current card at the same site. Replacement cards can be printed in the ACES Business Office located on the first floor of Central Dining Hall during normal business hours. There is a replacement fee. Once a new card is issued, any previous cards are automatically deactivated and cannot be reactivated in the future.
